• Hello,

    I noticied few times that my print work aren’t printed for couple of hours, then after few hours or the next day. It starts working all good.
    My customers are complaining this issue. Is there any solution to this issue and how this issue occurs?
    Maybe this happens because your service maintenance?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We suspect a disconnect behavior is occurring between the device running the BizPrint Cloud App and the Cloud Service.

    Let’s do this, visit our support portal at https://www.bizswoop.com/support/. Select the BizPrint and Print Manager ticket option.

    Include in your ticket the current operating system version running the BizPrint Cloud app and the logs from the app. You can get the logs by clicking on the BizSwoop icon running on the taskbar. Select ‘Get Logs’. Attached the logs to your support ticket. We’d recommend not posting the logs in the public forum here for privacy reasons.

    Our team will review the logs from the BizPrint Cloud App and follow-up with more information on next steps to evaluate and understand why this behavior is occurring on your setup.
