Service Down and no way to get help

Your website is down, which apparently is linked to the licensing system as my client is currently getting a message about their license being expired, when it isn’t due for renewal for another month and a half.

Aside from the horrible updates, non-existent help and now this, I would never recommend your service or apps to anyone.
