Service account settings issue

Usually, the ‘Key cannot be coerced into a PEM key’ occurs when your PHP version doesn’t allow a particular function named openssl_sign.

There should be a way to enable that function in PHP.

It is often easiest to solve by upgrading to a more recent version of PHP – either way, it is likely your systems administrator or web host will be best placed to help.
