    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
Would you please set the IP Method to HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR.
You will find that option on the right of where Your IP is being shown. After you set the Method to HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR , compare the IP with the IP on here https://whatismyipaddress.com/
If the IPs come out to be the same then the issue has been fixed else do let us know.

    Regards,
    Loginizer Team.

Hi there- Thanks for the info but no the IP on my loginizer is still not the IP address that is my IP address when I use the ?HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR? method. Anything else I can try?

    Hello @juliastepp

Would you please try HTTP_CLIENT_IP as the method and see if that works? And would you please tell me if you are using Cloudflare maybe the IP you are seeing is of Cloudflare? If you are using Cloudflare then in the method choose custom and set it to HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP

    Hello,

Would you please try HTTP_X_REAL_IP I am suggesting you this because I saw that your request is getting proxied.

    Hello @juliastepp ,

Will it be possible for you to contact us at https://softaculous.deskuss.com/open.php?topicId=16 as we will need to look at where your nginx server is setting the real IP.
