Server taking too long to respond

    I got a head scratch-er here. I was able to access my site fine then all the sudden I can’t access it anymore. This happens 2 days ago. I keep getting “The server vovinaminfo.com taking too long to respond”. I try different browsers, clear my cache, reset my router,… I know that the site is up because I can use my phone via cellular to access it and my friends can access it fine. I talked to my ISP and they claim they do not block any site and the problem might be because my site is unsecured (http). I use VPN and low and behold I can access it via VPN. All thing points to my ISP but I can’t prove it. Anything I can try because this is so frustrating.

    @t-p,

    thanks for checking. It seems like everyone can access my site except me ??
    is there anything I could check before calling my ISP again? How do I show them that the problem is in their end?
