Server State warning and not completing scan

    Hi and thanks for a great plug-in, however I have som weird problem with it at the moment that I can’t seem to fix on my own.

    Whenever I try to run a scan I get the warning triangle at the server state step and after getting to the file content scan step it just freezes, not sure if it’s always on the same file number but its far from done as you can see in the screen shot below.

  • Can you do the following so we can get the information we need to help you?

    • Kill the existing scan if it is still running (The “Start New Scan” button turns in to a “Stop” button while the scan is running)
    • Go to your Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling page and expand the “Performance Options” section
    • Set “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 20 on the options page
    • Where it says “Time limit that a scan can run in seconds” enter 21600
    • Click to “Save Changes”
    • Go to the Tools > Diagnostics page
    • In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • Start a new scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log and paste them here

    Hi again, don’t ask me why but I played round with many settings and debugging mode but nothing worked so I restored the settings. Then I just let it be over the weekend and and when I back to work this morning everything worked again. Gonna leave this open a while in case that the problem comes back but it doesn’t look that way for now. If it comes back I’ll try your suggestions and report back to you.
