    hello,

    I decided to use this plugin to set up an smtp server, unfortunately it doesn’t work and gives me “Connection timed out”.

    I’ve already had the spf record set up for the domain, I’ve had the site’s ip set on the server.

    In the plugin conectivity it tells me:
    ?</img> Port 465 is open, but not to mailing.assosoftware.it.
    ?</img> Port 587 is open, but not to mailing.assosoftware.it.
    ?</img> Port 25 is open, but not to mailing.assosoftware.it.

    A test with “No” Service Available indicates one or more of these issues: Your web host has placed a firewall between this site and the Internet
    The SMTP hostname is wrong or the mail server does not provide service on this port (this is not possible because it is correct)
    Your PHP configuration is preventing outbound connections
    Your WordPress configuration is preventing outbound connections

    I’ve already checked with the hosting and they haven’t found any anomalies

    The only thing I’ve checked that could be is that no mx record has been set in the domain

    I hope you are doing well.

    Please check is there is Mod Security is enabled in your hosting server ?

    If its enabled then please disable it, then test it and let me know
