Server Side API – With Dynamic IP Address

  • Can you advise how we can set the server API key given that our server is using a dynamic IP address?

    Based on the instructions:
    Client side API is to use the HTTP setting
    Server side API is to use the IP address setting (But I can’t enter in IP address because it is always changing – dynamic)

    Can the Server side API also use the HTTP setting?

    Hello @thrivingceo,

    I believe that the server API key will work even if you leave the IP address text box blank.

    Give it a try by setting the server key to IP address but without entering the IP address and see if it works.

    Hi there.

    I have done that for the “server key” and I think it may take some time for that to make it’s changes.

    This is the type of error I’m experiencing you can see the map is blank. BUT I’m not sure if it is total related to your plugin or not.

    I apologize for not replying sooner.

    The map on the page you mentioned is unrelated to GEO my WP. It might be generated by the theme or by another plugin. So I am afraid that I can’t help much with this matter.

    Thanks for the reply. I think we sorted it out. It appears to be a theme code conflict.
