Server shows malware in PINGDOM result

    I recently noticed variations of these addresses which add 3 seconds to the load in pingdom result page:

    [ Redacted, why give them air time? ]

    They are there most of the time, but sometimes not. The only ads running are Adsense. Turned off all plugins no different.
    Searching find them to be browser malware and how do deal in browsers. But these show up on the server load.
    Anyone familiar with this issue?
