Server Sending Invalid parameters
-
Hello,
A few days ago we started using server CAPI along with pixel, and now, on FB events manager we started to see warning notifications:
1- Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for PageView Event: Your server is sending an invalid zip parameters value for your PageView event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.2- Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewContent Event: Your server is sending an invalid country, email, phone, st parameters value for your ViewContent event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
3- Make sure identical events share a matching deduplication key: Some of your identical InitiateCheckout events have different deduplication keys, so we’re unable to identify and deduplicate them.
4- Make sure identical events share a matching deduplication key: Some of your identical Purchase events have different deduplication keys, so we’re unable to identify and deduplicate them. This means they’re being incorrectly counted twice and leading to inaccurate ad attribution.
Could you please kindly check these warnings and tell us how to fix them? When we were just using pixel, it was ok. Now that we activated CAPI, we started to see these error messages. Please note we also enabled “Use Ajax when conversion API is enabled. Keep this option active if you use a cache”, as we are using WP Rocket.
Thanks!
