    Hello,

    I went to my bussiness account on facebook and i got this errors.

    Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

    Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewCategory Event

    Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewContent Event

    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.
    Solution
    Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your ViewContent event and that the data is normalized correctly.

    Why is this happening? and how would it affect my ads?

    I really hope there is a fix for this and i don’t want to lose data or clients.

    Hey,

    I don’t thinks there is a problem from the plugin.

    What i did is make a new website and import all the orders, users and products from the old one.

    In my opinion the pixel went and gather a lot of information from the old one.

    So add to cart for example is not legit anymore. Imagine people having carts on the old website that now they don’t have anymore so the server is behaving like this.

    A new website with the same database of users but with new information to gather for pixel.

    This may be causing the problem.

    I think its just a waiting game and it will be back to normal in a few days.

    If is not the cause. I’ll start debug and will see what happens.
