    Hello,

    Any help about these errors:

Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

Your server is sending an invalid fbp parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

Nothing has been done or manipulated except updating WP + Woocommerce.

    AddToCart Event Missing Deduplication Parameter

You’re sending AddToCart events through both your pixel and the Conversions API, but they’re not being deduplicated because an event_id parameter hasn’t been received for this event. Without an event_id, your AddToCart events will be double counted because they can’t be deduplicated.
This may cause issues with the measurement of your events as well as the attribution and delivery optimization of any ad campaigns that are optimizing for this event.

    Redundant Purchase Events

Your pixel is reporting four or more Purchase events across different pages from a single person in one session. This could mean your pixel is incorrectly tracking Purchase events on pages where purchases can’t be made, which may impact event tracking and ad optimization and lead to overreporting of events.

Thank you for any help or tips to fix these issues.

    Hi @ghaithj

Thanks very much for reaching out to us! Happy to help with this question.

As a first step, I’d need a bit more information regarding your site’s setup to take a closer look in case there’s a plugin conflict that’s causing this behavior. Would it be possible to navigate at WooCommerce > Status > System Status and click the “Get system report” button?

This will generate your site’s system report which you can copy and paste in a service like PasteBin. This should allow you the option to delete the data after we’ve finished troubleshooting this case. ??

    Looking forward to your response.

It has also been suggested that these errors could be related to using ad-blockers. Facebook has advised to clear the issue by clicking the Resolve button in events manager and see if it continues to appear going forward.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please feel welcome to start a new thread.
