    We’re always trying to keep the plugin as light as possible, but it is a complicated piece of software and is generally as resource intense as other ecommerce plugins out there.

    Some things we are working on over the next couple months are (1) moving all of our JS code into JS files that can be minimized and loaded in the footer of pages vs the head and (2) moving all options into one array that is not set to “autoload”, limiting the number of DB calls.
