server move

I dont know whats going on but i moved from 1 server to another the domain and everything is the same but its just working like crap now and its not the host, somethings just not right.

For instance my sidebar is emtpy i go into admin and it says there are 9 widgets, i can add more or do anything, i then go to theme and click on my theme and it shows the loading bar forever, it never actually pops up.

Doea anyone have any idea whats going on?
