server migration lost connection to NB

    Hi, we migrated to a higher level hosting service. Our gravity forms are not going into NB now.

    What steps should we take to correct this? Thanks for any help

    I still have not figured out how to re-connect Gravity with NationBuilder. Obviously moving the site to a new server (same domain name etc) broke the connection, but I need some guidance how to fix this.

    I tried re-saving the various components. There is also a link that says: “You already have an access token stored, but you may click here to generate and save a new one.”

    I tried clicking that and saving. Did not help.

    This is the error on the entry note field:

    Error code: http_request_failed
    Error message: cURL error 6: name lookup timed out

    It looks like the problem is resolved. I realized Zapier was also not working and was having the similar error. Our hosting service updated the DNS resolvers (whatever that means) and now Gravity to NB and Zapier are both working as expected.
