Server error when completing purchase

Since yesterday, my customers have been seeing the message “An error occurred while connecting to the server. Please try again.” when trying to complete checkout using Stripe. I tried rolling back to Woocommerce 8.4.0, didn’t work. I tried restoring my site to two days ago, it didn’t work. I tried unchecking the order attribution checkbox, that didn’t work either.
I’ve spoken to Stripe and my web host and both are saying they see no error logs, and must be a Woo issue.
Yesterday my WP upgraded from 6.3.2 to 6.4.2 so I thought this caused the issue, but now I’ve reverted to 6.3.2 and the issue is still persisting.
