Server error No 10

    In my WordPress Dashboard, I get the following error message:

    SERVER_ERROR NO: 10 MSG: Calls limit exceeded, method name get_antispam_report_breif().

    When I look at my CleanTalk control panel, it seems everything is OK.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    This method is for generating requests top-5 countries report. There are frequency restrictions for it, 1 time in 10 minutes.
    So I assume that you have started users check and then refreshed antispam statistics so API returned “Calls limit exceeded” error. This is an out of line situation but there is nothing to worry about. Everything should work normally. There are no any actions required. Let us know if this happens again.
