Hi, can you give a screenshot of the error you see?

Also, please provide us the following two data:

    1. Console errors
    2. Logs

In case you don’t know how to find any of these data, the instructions are given below:

    1 Console errors:
    After you saw the error,
    >>Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image:?https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B
    >>You get an extended window popping up. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/7RV6cZv
    >>It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8
    >Take a screenshot and provide it to us.

    2. Logs:
    >>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    >>On top, go to the Logs tab. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/xclYESH
    >>Choose the latest log and click on View
    >>Then click on Copy, save it on a text document and send it to us.

Once we get this information, we will try to come up with an appropriate solution. Thanks.
