Check the server logs?

I just checked the logs and I don’t see any errors pertaining to TML.

I just disabled the plug in and used WP’s lost password feature. It worked perfectly. When I activate your plug in, the lost password link doesn’t work. Thoughts?

If there’s a 500 error, it should be in the log somewhere.
