Server error 503 in customizer

    Hi,

    I am getting the Server Error 503 after trying to open the customizer:

    Server error 503. Service Temporarily Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    I already uninstalled and reinstalled the theme, reinstalled wordpress, deleted cache, logged out and logged in again in wordpress, deactivated and actived all plug-ins, tried to access customizer in incognito mode and other webbrowsers. But unfortunately this does not solve the problem.

    The problem occured after I have saved a concept of the customizer.

    The website itself is accessable, so this is not a problem. I only get this error when trying to access the customizer.

    Do you know how to solve this problem so I can access the customizer again? I expect that I need to delete the concept but I don’t know how.

  • @ksparn This is unusual. Can you please explain what you meant by ” I have saved a concept of the customizer”?

    If you can tell the exact setting, we can try to test on our own.
