Server Error 500

  • Experienced server error 500 when using and activating the plugin.

    WordPress Version 5.2
    PHP Version 5.2.17

    Other plugins are working fine, but Product size charts was not.

    Site is working fine when disabled Yith Product size charts for Woocommerce.

    Here is the error log encountered:

    [22-Apr-2016 00:46:52] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in my_domain.com/wp-content/plugins/yith-product-size-charts-for-woocommerce/class.yith-wcpsc-frontend.php on line 128

    Hi,
    This issue is caused by your old PHP version (5.2).
    Also WordPress suggests to have at least this configuration (see here)

    • PHP 5.6 or greater
    • MySQL 5.6 or greater
    • The mod_rewrite Apache module

    Please upgrade your PHP version in order to make your installation working fine!
