Server Error 403 Forbidden

I am a Pro user just completed the upgrade today, Aug 5th. Shall I provide my license here?
All plugins and themes are up to date.
Here is the issue:
I am unable to save any changes to any page or product. The page referenced above is not the only but I provided for sake of moving forward with support request.
If I edit a product in woocommerce store same things happens. It will not save and produces the Server Error 403 Forbidden. Use of the site functions as normal yet no changes can be saved.NOTE: when accessing the support area of the Shield Pro website the Launch Support button does not redirect. It does not function and I tried several browsers. Other buttons/links on that page function properly but not the Launch Support button. So I am unable to contact support.
