Do you have an error log that contains anything about the issue?
To rule out a plugin compatibility, would it be possible to disable all other plugins temporarily and see if that resolves the problem?
If it doesn’t, can you tell me if you are using any other firewall/caching/membership/role manager plugin?

I am trying to edit a stage that already exists or add a new stage
And every time he returns me a 403 error
