    Hello,

when I start editing with elementor, a message Server Error (400 Bad Request) is shown at the bottom of elementor. Also, elementor panel is grey and loading icon is still spinning. So I cannot use it. When I click to any elementor element on the page, the properties of the element is shown and I can work with it. But when I try to Update, the message appears again and changes cannot be save.

I’ve tried to change loader method but it didn’t help.

    Here is the server info:
    Server Environment
    Operating System: Linux
    Software: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_fcgid/2.3.9 PHP/7.3.10
    MySQL version: MariaDB Server v5.5.61-MariaDB-38.13
    PHP Version: 7.3.10
    PHP Max Input Vars: 1000
    PHP Max Post Size: 256M
    GD Installed: Yes
    ZIP Installed: Yes
    Write Permissions: All right
    Elementor Library: Connected

Do you have any idea, why this happens?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Roman

  • 400 Error is a server error.
You may need to check the logs or ask your hosting company, if they have more info on this.

Regarding the grey panel in Elementor editor –
Have you tried going over our guide for the issue?

Thank you for your answer. I’ve followed guide on your website, but it didn’t help. My problem seems to be different. I have not grey screen. Page and elementor panel is loaded, but over the elementor panel (not over the page) is grey curtain and spinning icon. It’s like fog and I cannot click to any elementor element.

Maybe it is connected with the server error. My colleagues had checked the logs but without success. I’ll ask them to do it again.

    Thank you.
