It appears that the server hosting the JS files for this plugin is down. Can you provide an update if this is being worked on? Thank you.

Seeing this as well, any updates @carlosmoreirapt ?

    Hi all

There seems to be an issue with amcharts cdn ( the library the plugin uses to generate the maps ). Other users who reported this early today reported back that the issue is solved on their side. So it might be a matter of time and/or emptying the browser cache.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused.

Thank you for the update. It is still down for me using an incognito window, hopefully it is just a matter of time but let me know if there are any updates.

Hi Carlos, do you have any news regarding this issue? Thanks

    Hi all
We have reported this to the service.
We have feedback from users that reported this issue yesterday, saying that today it’s working on their side. So hopefully it will be fixed for everyone soon. We recommend emptying your browser cache from time to time to check. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

For Pro users, there’s this workaround: https://interactivegeomaps.com/docs/self-host-library/

    We’ll be monitoring this closely.
    Greetings, Carlos

I will share that the map view is completely blocked from my home network, but if I load a page using my hotspot, it works just fine. This is for any map – either the demo maps on the site from @carlosmoreirapt or my own clients’ sites. Tried usual troubleshooting of clearing cache, etc., to no avail. In fact, the amcharts.com site doesn’t load for me either. Very, very strange – like they’ve blocked my IP address altogether.

@carlosmoreirapt would you please check the documentation on loading the amcharts library server-side? When downloading the files, the directory structure is different. It would be helpful to see the internal folder structure that your plugin is expecting to see when enabling this feature.

It seems it also depends on the internet service provider somehow.

To selfhost you will need to upload the contents of each zip file into a folder in your server/website. You will need to use FTP or other method. The contents should be unzipped. You should end up with the following structure/folders:

    https://mysite.com/amcharts/amcharts4
    https://mysite.com/amcharts/geodata

With the files being in links like

    https://mysite.com/amcharts/amcharts4/core.js
    https://mysite.com/amcharts/amcharts4/map.js
    https://mysite.com/amcharts/geodata/usaLow.js

And then setup the URL in the plugin settings. But this will only work for Pro users, in the free version it’s not possible to setup a custom url for the assets unfortunately.

@carlosmoreirapt thanks for this. When downloading the ZIP files from that link, one of the directories unzips as amcharts_4.10.38

Should this directory be renamed – is your plugin looking specifically for a folder that is only named amcharts?

Apologies if this is a basic question, but I can’t get this to work, and trying to troubleshoot. Thanks!

@carlosmoreirapt it is now working on my end, hopefully it is working for everyone now.
