Server Crashed, too many sign ups?

    Hi there,

    i am using your plugin on my site, but we had a massive inflxu of people filling out the form at once, around 44 people trid at the same time and the plugin seemed to not capture info.

    The server side everything was fine, can the plugin not handle simultaneous entries being sent to mailchimp?

    Will the premium version fix this issue at all?

    Is this a known issue?

    Hi Adrian,

    This is not something that is related to free/premium and it’s not a known issue.

    Is there any errors visible under MailChimp to WP > Other?

    Would it be possible to get us the Apache / PHP error log from that day / moment?
