Server crash when trying last update

– WordPress version : 6.5.3
– PhP version : 8.1.27

Theme details : Lumi 2.0.9 from UiCore
Server details : VPS, Linux 5.10.0-25-amd64 x86_64, Apache, 2048M (memory limit), 2000 (time limit), Php max imput variables : 15000, cUrl version : 7.74.0 OpenSSL/1.1.1w

Steps to reproduce : simply launching the update from the wordpress dashboard and then maintenance mod is enabled for minutes, before aborting the update. There isn’t any error showing on the screen directly.

This is so strange. By enabling debug mode and retrying it, the update was successful, even if it created errors, as you can see in the log attached here.
