    Hi,
I have problems with my webpage and the jetpack plugin, which worked without problems before.
Since a few days, jetpack can’t commnicate with my xmlrpc.php file. I havent’t changed anything in the wp.conifif file or in the xmlrpc file itself.

It seems, that it stopped working from one day to the other.
I have read in some forums, that this file can have problems with iThemes Security which I have installed. But I installed the plugin long before the problems occur.

I also tried all the Troubleshooting tips from jetpack itself. But none of them worked out for me.

The only thing I noticed was an “attack” from some russian guys who flooded my subcribe form, but they haven’t confirmed their mails and as I recognized it I removed them by hand.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gintographie

Right now, the file is just showing blank:

This would not be something with Jetpack, but either with your host or WordPress installation. Some security plugins may also interfere with the XMLRPC file.

    Hi Bruce,

    Yeah I know it‘s empty.
But I don‘t know why I have problems now. I haven‘t changed anything in the last days.

As Hoster I use bluehost.com and as Security Plugin iThemes Security. But all the components worked together without problems before.

Do you have suggestion for a Security Plugin, that is working with the xmlrpc.php file?

    Hello, there.

Were you able to solve this issue on your own? Right now, I see that your Jetpack plugin is connected solidly, is updated to the latest version, and doesn’t seem to be having any errors:

If you’re still having problems, please let us know how we can recreate them and we can help troubleshoot from there. Thanks!
