  • Hey @kovokswp,

Sorry to hear you’re having some issues with the activation and usage of the plugin. I

I’d like to collect some more details here in order to have a closer look in on things. Will you please get back in touch with the following at your earliest convenience:
    – php version being used
    – mysql version being used
    – wordpress version being used
    – a comprehensive list of other plugins installed on the site
    – the theme being used for the site

Collecting those details will help us replicate that odd behavior and move towards a solution.

    Cheers,
    Jasper

    Hey @kovokswp,

Thanks for getting back in touch with those details. It really helps to narrow down our focus.

The MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin requires that PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.6 are both being utilized on the hosting server. These requirements are also listed on Woocommerce’s site here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

In this case the best recommendation I have is to reach out to your hosting provider to see if those can both be updated to a more recent version. Unfortunately the plugin is not intended to be run with those older versions.

    Hope this finds you well,
    Jasper
