Has anyone else had the issue where when the plugin is enabled clicking on any post from the BLOG page results in a server 500 error? It goes away immediately when I disable the plugin. I have also tried deleting the plugin and re-installing the plugin with no success.

My host suggested more PHP memory, I increased this to 128mb and it did not help.

  • When will the updated plugin be available? I’m desperate and have had to disable yours until update.

@sergeantash – What PHP version are you on? You can set it per-domain, even on a VPS, so if you switch to (say) PHP 7 you’ll have to make sure to copy the memory settings over :/

I’m running PHP 7.0, but the change in PHP memory made no difference to this issue.

Andrea, when will this issue be fixed and the new plugin version released?

Really need an ETA for this fix, we’re weeks now beyond first report and I am desperate for a fix. I have temporarily disabled your plugins and have had to use an alternative plugin…

Andrea I would also like my renewal extended for the period of time since reporting this issue to getting resolution as I have effectively not been able to use the plugin and have even lost quite some traffic from paid promotions due to the site being unavailable.

@sergeantash Do you have an open ticket with us? If not, can you open a new one? We have a potential fix I’d like you to test – if it works on your site, we’ll be able to roll it out to everyone. We have it working on several sites but I want to prioritize yours since you’ve been so helpful in reporting what has/hasn’t worked for you so far.

Hi Andrea, you’re aware of my ticket and I’ve just implemented the test plugin that you’ve sent to me, so far so good – I’ll keep monitoring it and let you know this weekend if all has been stable.

Fabulous – thanks! We went ahead and pushed it out since we were able to test on several other sites. This should take care of it but definitely let me know if you notice any errors in your logs.
