Server 500 Error when installing

Hello,

I recently purchased the boss theme and social learner plugins from Boss and am trying to install all of the plugins. However, when I try to install BadgeOS, my site crashes and gives me a 500 server error. I messaged them yesterday and they haven’t gotten back to me. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue on your end?
