Server 500 error after upgrade, and templates are gone

    I upgraded to 3.64.1 and then went to create a new email.

    ALL of my old email templates are gone, and my Lists are gone, too.

    If you’re not going to respond to support requests for critical errors, then this plugin in of zero use to me.

    I will now proceed to delete it. Permanently.

    In order to check the issue further, please send us the full error log for the 500 error you saw. You can get it from your hosting and also sometimes an email is sent to admin with more details about it.
