Serve Scaled Images for Woocommerce products

    Hello team,

    For a while I notice a problem for Serve Scaled Images for the thumbnails in the product navigator. Similar threads here have reported it as well, but were referred to their theme.

    I have asked my woocommerce supported theme as well, and they think it’s a woocommerce glitch.

    The GTMetrix report is stating this:

    When I inspect my page, it actually shows that the thumbnail is used:

    I have swapped to a default theme, and it was showing the same issue. So to me this is a woocommerce glitch.

    I hope you will take a look into this.

    Thanks for posting about this. If you believe you’ve spotted a bug, the best way to communicate with the developers is to create a bug report issue at GitHub.

    As part of making the report, you’ll want to test the site with only the WooCommerce plugin active and using the Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty themes. After you spot the issue with only those active, feel free to make a post there. That way the developers can see it and decide what course of action needs to be taken.
