Serve resources from a consistent url

  • So on gtmetrix i get following result:-
    The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 151.3KiB.

    This is because my css and js files are getting served twice.
    styles.css
    styles.css/ver=5.4.2

    I checked on browser and i find two identical files in sources.
    I know this is because of some plugins but i dont know which exactly i have 28 plugins active.
    Any fix?
