Serve different cache content depending on cookie value

Hi,
Would it be possible to serve different versions of the cache, if a specific cookie value is set. The cookie name is always the same in my case.
Instead of just skipping the cache if the cookie is set, I want to watch for a cookie and cache all different versions of the generated markup/headers.
