• Our site was hacked and they got in a deleted everything. I am currently in the process of restoring everything with a fresh install of WP and BoldGrid and Service manager. My issue is on my Sermons page I get the standard WP blog stuff. The side menu of archive and Categories, I am not sure how to get rid of that or where that setting is. Also its showing that same menu below my only sermon posted at the moment.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You may need to go into Sermon Manage Settings > Advanced. Scroll down and find “Theme Compatibility” and click the box, save.

Thanks for the reply. I found that but when applied it took away all the formatting for the sermon post itself.

I will have to contact BoldGrid. I will post back here when a solution is found.

I’m having a similar issue. Our site was also hacked and now I rebuilding it from scratch and for whatever reason my sermon page is only showing one sermon instead of all of them that I created. Can you assist me with this issue, please?

@mtlebbc I would disable the SM Plugin and and re-install. If that doesn’t work, contact your host, since you said you were hacked.

I have tried that already and that didn’t work. The site is completely cleaned out and a new database has been created to avoid any further issues from the hack. I have everything setup properly and it’s now showing correctly. I have the same settings on two other websites I’ve created and there isn’t any issue. Can it be compatibility issues with the theme you think?

I assume you’ve already switched to “Theme Compatibility”. I would try and switch to one of the WP themes. If that doesn’t work, I think you need to contact your host.
