Sermon Manager Version 2.1.0 issue

    Sermon Manager has been working just fine until today. When I logged in today I saw that there was an update for Sermon Manager so I went ahead and clicked UPDATE to update the plugin. After the update completed, I could not access any of wordpress dashboard items. I just got a white blank screen. I contacted my Hosting company and they disabled the Sermon Manager plugin and all was good again. Anyone have any ideas? If I uninstall Sermon Manager will I loose all my Sermon entries? Is there a way to backup all my sermon entries so that they can be reinstalled into a new install of Sermon Manager?

  • @nikolam, @wpforchurch, would it be an idea to release an exact copy of 2.0.8 as a new version, eg. 2.1.2, so that everyone will have a working version? That way, folks who have updated to one of the broken versions (2.1.0 or 2.1.1) and don’t have the technical know-how to roll back to 2.0.8 will be protected, as well as those folks who are not aware of these issues, or the current proposed solution, as they’re not reading this forum. ??

    Hey everyone,

    We just released a bug fix for the shortcodes issue, could you please update to 2.1.2 and let us know how you go. We have of course tested it here and it all works fine.
