Sermon Manager not counting plays

  • I have tried uninstalling the litespeed Cash but cant seem to get the counter to work. It stoped on one of the updates of WordPress, I thought the new update from Sermon manager would rectify this but I still cant seem to get this working. I have the messages to display on a page [sermons filter_by=”wpfc_sermon_series” filter_value=”Emess Hotel”]. when clicking a message nothing reports. However if I open an individual file from sermon manager all sermons. and then preview that file it does count. Any advise?
