Serious website error

Good morning,

Today unfortunately an error happened with the plugins.

I don’t seem to have access to the premium theme anymore. The premium theme was set to the free theme without my influence and I no longer have access to the paid parts of the plugin.

I bought the premium package and still the error occurs with the plugin and the theme.

I don’t know what could be causing this.
