Serious Slider not working on Landing page

  • Customizing ? Landing Page ? Slider ? Serious Slider

    NOTHING appears. I must select “shortcode” and then insert the shortcode for the slider in order to get it to appear…

    This happens both in theme customizer preview and on the actual landing page.

    All software is up to date.
