    Dear, good afternoon.

    I have had your template (Hello Elementor) installed on my site for a long time now.

    Until recently EVERYTHING was working perfectly.

    But TODAY, they just RUINED ME.

    I explain to you:

    As soon as I installed your latest update (TODAY), that is version 3.2.0, my editor was UNCOMPAGINED, as you can see in the following screenshot; https://ibb.co/tCfw33n

    How was it? (And I want it to BE AGAIN). Simple.

    Luckily, before updating ANYTHING, I always make a backup of the entire site. Therefore…

    a) I am going to restore the entire installation by installing the backup prior to the update and I will (de)show you how I WANT my editor to look.

    b) I will leave everything as is (that is, WITHOUT UPDATING the template) until you solve it for me.

    c) Here’s how my editor was BEFORE updating Hello Elementor to 3.2.0. That is, with version 3.1.1; https://ibb.co/wz4JYRh

    As you can see, there is a HUGE difference between one thing and the other, right?

    Please take action on the matter, investigate what happened and inform me how you are going to solve it as soon as possible?

    Thank you very much in advance.

    Greetings.

    P.S:

    I understand that not updating (whatever) may involve security issues. But, I am NOT going to update because later, I will have SERIOUS problems, every time I want to edit something. I await your comments. Again, thank you.

  • Also seeing this, the update stripped all styling and padding in the back end gutenburg editor

    Hi,

    Thanks for your report.

    Is there an impact on the front-end as well, or does it only affect the editor?

    Just here to second that. for me, the editor has lost all styling of typography, and margins on the let/right side of the editor have disappeared, so the content takes up the entire available width of the DIV with the class .editor-editor-interface .interface-interface-skeleton__content

    Not affecting frontend though

    Same problem here on multiple sites with the Hello theme. Only seeing problems in the editor, the frontend is fine. When switching to a default WordPress theme, the editor looks fine again.

    We are going to release a fix for this issue in the upcoming hours.

    Hello. It seems like they already solved it!
    https://ibb.co/QHxc22L
    As they pointed out, by installing version 3.2.1 the problem generated with version 3.2.0 is resolved.
    Thank you very much for giving us such a quick solution.
    Well. For now that’s all.
    I will mark this issue as solved.
    See you.

    Hello. Sorry. I correct myself. Tell me if we continue with this ticket or I open a new one.
    The thing is like this:
    While it is true that in the back end the problem was corrected, in the front end the following happens to me:
    This is what my posts look like with the new version of Hello Elementor;
    https://ibb.co/PF9QFRY
    Now I’m going to install the backup that (luckily) I had before updating to 3.2.1 and show you how it should look;
    https://ibb.co/jHxP6Yx
    That is to say, I have the Fixed Widget plugin installed that allows me to FIX a part of my posts so that my banner remains fixed until the reader scrolls through the ENTIRE page.
    You can see how it works, for example, in the entry that I am using as a sample;
    https://atutrabajo.org/curriculum-vitae/modelos-cronologico/
    And this is the HTML element selector I’m setting;
    .wp-block-group__inner-container
    Therefore, what the last update did (I don’t know if 3.2.0 -because I didn’t test the front end before- or this last one), was REMOVE that FIXATION.
    Please could you fix it as soon as possible?
    Thank you very much in advance.
    PS: I’m sorry for rushing to mark this as resolved. But, if you prefer – as I said – I open a new ticket and that’s it, OK?
