Serious Problem With SubOrders
-
We are having a serious issue with the Vendor Dashboard displaying suborders as if they were separate orders. The only way to see that they are suborders is if you go into the wp-admin area and look under WooCommerce orders on the backend. So, vendors are filling orders that they believe they have been paid for, since the earnings display only the gross sales based on the item price * quantity plus shipping, taxes, etc. If the checkout is done in PayPal, there is no way for the vendors to know the actual amount that they are receiving from PayPal, since the site admin has been (presumably) paid the total cost of the parent order- when there are suborders with references to “inventory reductions”, the vendor has no way of knowing that it is part of the same order they already fulfilled, since the suborders have their own unique order numbers- and those numbers are the only ones that appear in the Vendor Dashboard. The vendors have been filling these orders and trying to withdraw money (which also is not working) from the site admin, who has only been paid for the total of the parent order and is expected to pay the withdraw requests for orders that are basically duplicates in the Vendor Dashboard. Please advise, thank you….
