We are having a serious issue with the Vendor Dashboard displaying suborders as if they were separate orders. The only way to see that they are suborders is if you go into the wp-admin area and look under WooCommerce orders on the backend. So, vendors are filling orders that they believe they have been paid for, since the earnings display only the gross sales based on the item price * quantity plus shipping, taxes, etc. If the checkout is done in PayPal, there is no way for the vendors to know the actual amount that they are receiving from PayPal, since the site admin has been (presumably) paid the total cost of the parent order- when there are suborders with references to “inventory reductions”, the vendor has no way of knowing that it is part of the same order they already fulfilled, since the suborders have their own unique order numbers- and those numbers are the only ones that appear in the Vendor Dashboard. The vendors have been filling these orders and trying to withdraw money (which also is not working) from the site admin, who has only been paid for the total of the parent order and is expected to pay the withdraw requests for orders that are basically duplicates in the Vendor Dashboard. Please advise, thank you….

  • Hello @refluxcomponents,

Thanks for your ticket. I want to mention that we have released a new update with a new fix that – PayPal fee will be deducted from commission calculation. That means Dokan will calculate the commission on the basis of the actual amount which admin is getting after deducing PayPal commission. Does this resolve your problem? Kindly update your Dokan-lite to the latest version.

    Thanks!

Thank you- that is definitely helpful for commission issues, but that has nothing to do with the suborder issue. Please see these screenshots and you will know what I am talking about:

@refluxcomponents Did they fix that or were you able to fix it youself?
