Serious Problem with Shipping Method and Shipping Address on my WOOCOMMERCE

  • Hi, my woocommerce doesn’t work properly.
    Some days ago everything works fine.

    I set up shipping costs:
    National Shipping – For my country Italy – 2,00 €
    International Shipping – For Other countries France, Spain, Germany, UK – 6,00 €
    Free shipping – for spending more than 30 €

    But shipping methods don’t appear on my cart pages. It only shown the item prices, without shipping costs. I’ve tested it some days ago and everything works properly, when I inserted my address the shipping method appears under the price of the products and the total price was right. Now Shipping costs disappeared, but I’ve changed nothing. Shipping method are activated and also the three options I’ve mentioned before.

    I also noticed that no longer appears a request to enter the shipping address , but only the billing address. When instead I’ve set the shipping address as default and in fact some days ago it asked me to insert the shipping address next to the billig address in the cart page.

    I’ve not upgraded my woocommerce plugin, I’ve not upgraded wordpress and I’ve not changed woocommerce options. So, could anyone help me? I don’t know how to resolve this serious problem.

  • Suggest looking for a module conflict. Deactivate all plugins except woo, switch to a clean default theme, test. If good, add back 1 module at a time, retesting…

    Hi vark, I’ve deactivated all plugins except woo, but if I’ll switch to a clean default theme I’ll lose all the pages I’ve created on the current theme? Because deactivating all plugins did not do anything… but I’m afraid to turn on another template and lose everything I’ve done so far.
