Serious issues since last update

Hi,
in Summer I updated my WordPress to version 4.6.1 and LeagueManager to Version 4.1.1.

In preparation of this years seasons I’ve got the following problems now:
– Adding new leagues works but editing the properties like kind of sport, colors, table options don’T work at all… the changes are just not persisted to the database
– “Automatic” sorting of the table doesn’t work any more
– regenerating of tiny and small icons does not work as well because the size is unchangeable in the admin interface… I think it is the same problem, changes are not persisted to the database

I’ve updated everything now directly on the SQL database of wordpress, I changed the sorting of the league tables to “manuel” and I uploaded resized images for all clubs and it seems to work for now. But it is the badest version of this plugin or some kind of migration problem between the last version. Just horable to use atm.
