Serious issue with PayPal IPN after switching to this plugin

I am facing a serious issue with PayPal IPN after switching from WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway to WooCommerce PayPal Payments.
Earlier I am using WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway on my store.
Before a week, I have switched to the new payment gateway WooCommerce PayPal Payments and since that time our PayPal IPN not working smoothly. It shows retrying or failed status for most of the requests. Here is a screenshot.
What could be the reason behind this?
As I am having older subscriptions with WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, I have kept this plugin activated on the website but disabled it from the Payment methods screen. Here is a screenshot.
What action do I need to take with the IPN so my?older subscription payments associated with the older plugin as?well as new payments will work smoothly?
