    After dismissing the popup, it leaves behind invisible blocks all over the page, which prevents you from clicking and interacting with parts of the website. Apparently, this has been going on for months without my noticing. No wonder my site visitorship and Google ranking have gone down lately. Please fix this.

    Here are some additional details on the bug:

    I use Popup Builder’s YES/NO extension. After dismissing the popup window, it seems to go away, which is the expected behavior. But in reality, the popup window doesn’t fully go away. Instead, it moves to the upper left corner of the webpage and sits there invisibly with opacity set to 0.

    As a result, my site visitors can’t interact with anything that happens to be behind the invisible popup window. In my case, the invisible popup window obstructs one quarter of the screen in the upper left corner.

    I’ve only tested the YES/NO extension. But it’s very possible that all free and paid extensions are affected by this bug.

This issue is likely due to a theme or plugin conflict. The easiest way to diagnose it is by disabling other plugins one by one and switching to the default 2023 theme.

    If the issue resolves, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the culprit, including the theme. If you are uncomfortable doing this on your production site, you can test this on a staging site and share access with us through our dedicated support page.
