Serious email problems

    Hi, I can’t get it to send the confirmation mail to the customers when they join the waitlist.

    Seems like it sends mail just fine when the order is back.

    Also the mail log does not work for either.

    Hello,

    1) Make sure your email setup is correct & you’re receiving other emails from your site

    2) If the setup is correct, then go to waitlist users page -> open individual product & send email to one particular email ID
    Do not send in bulk for whole product

    If individual emails are working & the bulk ones are not, then the issue is with your wordpress cron.
    Cron is a part of wordpress core & is used to perform tasks in the background.

    You can install this plugin and verify by going to its events page.

    If you see this error or some other kind of error, then it means it is not working.

    “There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was:
    Unexpected HTTP response code: 401”
