Serious bug

  • There is a serious bug in image importing. If image file exists on the disk, the importer doesnt download the image (correct) but it doesnt check the article if the image is linked to feature picture, it skips it. So at the end we have 10.000 articles and 10.000 pictures but not displayed on the public site. Plugin should check and update the feature image on the post even if the image is already on the disk.

    Dinko,
    I’m not sure what you are describing. The importer sets the first image it finds in the HTML of the post as the featured image for the post. It won’t download the files if it finds them in the media library.

    Can you describe how I’d setup some blogger posts to test the scenario you have found?
