• i tried out bloglovin thinking it would help me gain more traffic, instead the site is taking my articles

When i signed up i only wanted them to show the first paragraph of my article which i have set in my rss feed. However, i was shocked to discover that they are somehow showing my whole articles.

Not only are they showing my full articles, they are also claiming or google thinks that the article on bloglovin is the original article.

This is not great for my seo. i have tried lots of things to get the article only showing the first paragraph.

I have written to bloglovin for months to ask them to stop showing the full article or to remove me from their system but they are ignoring me.

is there a way i can make sure they are only showing the first paragraph as i have set in my wordpress site or stop them from receiving my feed. Below is an example of the feed.

Jan as mentioned in my post, i have sent them loads of emails and they are not responding. loads of wordpress site owners are having the same problem where they have tried the site out thinking they will only publish the intro but instead they publish the full story. people keep contacting the site asking for them to remove the site from their platform and they ignore them.

so as my post says, i would like to find a solution to stop them taking my content and claiming it as their own

Hi, I know a thing or two about BlogLovin.
They are not stealing your content. They are just showing your articles in an iFrame. Both visits and ad-revenues are all yours. There is no loss. It’s more of a feed-reader. Even getpocket.com does the same.

Thank You Gaurav. Is there a way to stop them showing the full article.
