%series_part% not working in Series Post Limit Template

Hi. I’m experiencing an issue similar to the one described in this forum post, except that I’m trying to use the %series_part% token within the Series Post Limit Template.

I noticed that you had suggested a workaround in your final response to that post, but I don’t believe it will work in my situation since I assume the Custom Next Post Text field only applies to the Series Post Navigation Template.

Is there a similar workaround for the issue I’m experiencing?
